Advertising and Cookies

ToolsHub is prioritizing site quality and policy compliance before re-enabling advertising. This page explains the standards used to decide whether ads are shown and how future cookie-based advertising disclosures will work.

Current monetization status

Advertising scripts are being withheld while the site quality review is improved. The goal is to avoid placing ads on utility-only, thin, incomplete, or navigational screens that do not provide sufficient publisher content.

When ads may be shown again

Ads should only appear on routes that contain substantial original content, a clear user purpose, and a strong user experience. Under-construction pages, alerts, dead ends, and placeholder-style screens are not intended to become ad-eligible inventory.

Third-party cookies and user controls

If Google-served ads are re-enabled, Google and its partners may use cookies to personalize or measure ads. Users will be able to review Google advertising settings and browser cookie controls. This page and the privacy policy will be updated when monetization behavior changes.

Traffic quality and ad placement

The site does not encourage accidental clicks, misleading navigation, or artificial traffic. Ads, if added later, should remain visually separate from menu items, tool controls, download actions, and file-upload affordances.
